Turkey Seasoning Ideas Recipe

Ingredients:

1/8 teaspoon of star-anise (ground)
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 teaspoon of cumin (ground)
1/2 teaspoon of onion seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of seasalt
1 teaspoon of coriander (ground)
2 Tbsps of turmeric (ground)

Instructions:

Have everything combined. Blend well to incorporate flavors then use as rub to be generously spread throughout turkey’s surface for sumptuous flavor.

You can also add large rosemary sprigs or 5 garlic head into bird’s cavity for strong & flavorful kick.
