Ingredients:

1 Polenta tube; sliced into bite-size rounds
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Garlic roasted

Instructions:

Grill polenta rounds for about 5 mins in every side, then top w/ garlic, Mozzarella & pizza-sauce.
